Clean tasting specialty flours made from pea and Faba beans are GMO-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. These clean label flours are cooked by hydrothermal extrusion and micronized to give a pleasant-tasting flour. Additional benefits include improved solubility due to the pre-gelatinization of the flour. The extruded/heat-treated flours meet the highest microbial standard. Additionally, gluten-free flours have good digestibility and low antinutritional factors (ANF).

Specialty, gluten-free flours made from pulses are a healthy choice because they are rich in fiber, low in fat, and have high protein levels.

Pre-cooked specialty flours have excellent emulsifying properties and help build viscosity making them ideal for use in sauces, soups, fine-textured sausages, hummus, falafel, frying batters, extruded snacks, and more.
